I qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2000 and have over 22 years of experience in accounts, audit compliance, taxation and corporate finance. I joined Lawrence Grant in September 2016 as an Accounts and Audit Manager.

In this role, I apply my broad depth of knowledge and experience in many areas of owner-managed businesses and other corporate organisations. My hands-on approach in various areas of accounting, taxation, business management and software products, enables me to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the accounting functions and make recommendations to our clients that assist them. I’m also involved in providing detailed technical advice to clients when needed.

With my experience in advisory, accounting, auditing, and taxation combined with my strong technical know-how, I help clients grow and expand their businesses.

The firm

Whilst working with Lawrence Grant I have been dedicated to upholding the highest standards across a range of our activities. I have been heavily involved with the training and development of our team, with a specific focus on technical areas. This has ensured the continued improvement and career progression of many of our staff.

I have also been strongly committed to our client’s needs, ensuring that we continually evolve and improve our audit files and the quality of our accounts. Upholding the overall Lawrence Grant philosophy that sees that we meet our client’s needs in every way possible has been a core focus for me.

Personal

Away from the office, I enjoy watching football, cooking and travelling to different places. I'm married to Seema and have two daughters, Nili and Saloni.

What is your favourite book and why?

"The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari". I enjoyed this book as it inspires a stepped approach to living with greater courage.

What is your favourite film and why?

"The Rock". I loved all of the action, drama and humour this film had to offer.
